Due to the nature of our personal care and wellness products, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

All cancellation requests are reviewed manually. Orders that have already been processed or dispatched will not be eligible for cancellation.

Final Sale
Once an order has been dispatched and successfully delivered, it is considered a final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
We request you to inspect your package at the time of delivery.
If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photo evidence. Each case will be evaluated individually.

Non-Returnable Items
Refunds or returns due to a change of mind are not accepted, as personal-use wellness products cannot be restocked once shipped.
